In our highly automated production, we manufacture injection moulded plastic components with tight tolerances and high repeatability, adapted for both small, medium and large series. We work with a wide range of plastic materials and optimise each injection moulding process according to customer requirements. The result is injection moulded plastic components that meet high demands on function, surface finish and reliability, even in technically demanding parts.
Production is supported by extensive automation and peripheral equipment on all injection moulding machines, enabling efficient and safe handling even in technically demanding applications. With a comprehensive range of machinery in varying sizes, we can scale production as required and ensure a stable supply of injection moulded plastic components of consistently high quality.

Flexible manufacturing with thermoplastics and high-performance plastics
Thermoplastics can be melted, moulded and reused several times without losing their basic properties. There is a wide range of variants with different mechanical, chemical and aesthetic properties. We work with thermoplastics on a daily basis, helping our customers choose the right grade based on load, temperature, environmental requirements and service life.
Some parts require high-performance plastics instead of standard materials with particularly high temperature resistance, chemical resistance and stability. We develop and manufacture technical parts in plastic, silicone and rubber for customers with high quality requirements.
