Prototyping and test tools for plastic parts
We help our customers to find the right prototyping solution in the development phase. Depending on the needs, we can provide aluminium prototype tools for injection moulding in small series, where the process from design to finished tool is very short. Alternatively, we can coordinate 3D printing of designs in different technologies through our established network of partners.
Our experienced tooling engineers and project managers ensure that the process is efficient and structured, focusing on the right design right from the start. This provides a solid basis for decision-making and enables a smooth transfer to series tools and series production.

Technical expertise throughout the tooling process
Our sales and technical specialists have a high level of expertise in injection moulding, materials and tool design. Whether it is a new product idea or further development of existing components, we offer qualified advice that contributes to a stable and cost-effective result. The requirements for plastic injection moulding tools vary depending on the complexity of the component, choice of material and expected volume. Therefore, we place great emphasis on early dialogue about loads, tolerances, surface requirements and production arrangements. The tools are designed to work optimally with the selected plastic and the planned injection moulding process.
Yes, we coordinate tool making in close co-operation with experienced toolmakers and are also responsible for service and storage.
