Injection moulding
Our offer
Injection moulding
in plastic, silicone and rubber
Engineering plastics production
Our plastic production is focused on injection moulding plastics for industrial applications where function, tolerances and material performance are crucial. We have injection moulding machines in sizes from 25 to 2000 tonnes, adapted for both small and large series. Within the group, we produce parts with shot weights from 0.01 grams up to 5,000 grams. In addition to traditional plastic injection moulding, we also work with:
-
Overmoulding and double moulding
-
Integrated printing and laser marking
-
Automated post-processing and quality control
Our solutions
We injection mould plastics, silicone and rubber in a high-tech facility that operates around the clock. We have robot-equipped machines between 25 and 2000 tonnes and work with overmoulding, double moulding, printing on the products and laser marking. Everything as needed.
Plastic injection moulding
Our plastic injection moulding is focused on technical components where process stability and repeatability are crucial. With robot-equipped machines, controlled process parameters and broad material expertise, we can produce parts with complex geometry and tight tolerances. The combination of automated production and long experience ensures consistent quality and predictable results even in continuous operation.

Injection moulding rubber and high performance materials
We have extensive experience in injection moulding of rubber for applications where wear resistance, elasticity and function in motion are central. Production includes complex geometries and technical details for industry. Our machines are also adapted for aggressive fluoroplastics and high-temperature materials, which allows us to combine injection moulding rubber, silicone and plastic in advanced solutions. Automation and peripheral equipment is available on all injection moulding machines to ensure consistent quality and high repeatability.

Injection moulding silicone
Silicone injection moulding is a specialised manufacturing process that places high demands on both equipment and process control. Unlike traditional plastic injection moulding, silicone is handled in liquid form and cured through a controlled vulcanisation process in heated moulds. This requires precise temperature control, stable injection and high precision in mould design. With dedicated machinery and extensive experience in silicone injection moulding, we can produce technical components with consistent quality, tight tolerances and stable function over long runs. The process is particularly well suited for applications where flexibility, tightness and long life are crucial.
