Advanced measurement technology for complex parts
We work with market-leading measuring equipment to verify even geometrically complex and tolerance-critical components. Prior to the start of production, both drawing documentation and 3D data are used to ensure that every detail is measured against the correct requirements. The combination of modern equipment and in-depth metrological expertise makes it possible to deliver components with high accuracy and documented quality.
Our solutions
We injection mould plastics, silicone and rubber in a high-tech facility that operates around the clock. We have robot-equipped machines between 25 and 2000 tonnes and work with overmoulding, double moulding, printing on the products and laser marking. Everything as needed.
