Technical injection moulding

From project management to quality & metrology

The plant is the largest in the group with approximately 12 000 m² production and operations area. Production of silicone and plastic injection moulding is carried out here, with high technical level and efficient processes. The business is characterised by strong commitment, entrepreneurship and the well-known The Gnosjö spirit, which permeates the way we work and our relationships with customers and partners.

Liljas Plast in Hillerstorp is the hub of the group and plays a central role in developing, coordinating and strengthening Liljas Plast's overall offering.

Our solutions

We injection mould plastics, silicone and rubber in a high-tech facility that operates around the clock. We have robot-equipped machines between 25 and 2000 tonnes and work with overmoulding, double moulding, printing on the products and laser marking. Everything as needed.
